The food choices are good, but astonishing rude service ! It's august and 32 degrees, we asked them to open the AC after ordering lots of stuff for 5 persons, they refused at first, then opened it after lots of begging, then closed it again in 10 minutes, super rude !!

Despite the food being very good, the "juice of the day" options almost all come in packages where only the orange juice is freshly made. The service judges our choices and takes around 5 minutes and 2 people to order two croissants... What's more, they keep having parallel conversations with each other during the service. If I want to go to a Batikano store, I'll go to the one in Rio Sul or something, the service there is TERRIBLE.

Overall enjoyable, more if you have a strong sweet tooth. The park in front of it is pretty and makes for a pretty peaceful experience ^_^

It's been a long time since it's been so poorly served.I arrived at the counter (cash payment system), ordered according to the list of dishes of the day: Fried hake (must be served) with carrot rice, Imperial, Cream milk (also as dessert of the day) and coffee. I paid and requested delivery of the imperial along with the dish. Simple order, simple food.After a few minutes I was given the imperial, (quick service I thought), after 20 minutes the dish, which I didn't get what I ordered.Fish fillets were brought (still half frozen in the middle), with yellow saffron rice that ate with some samples of carrot, which was also frozen. I just ate without any pleasure. I waited almost 20 minutes and had to go to the counter to ask for the rest that was left. They brought me the coffee and after ten minutes the cream had been completely cracked for several days and frozen in the middle. I got up and left completelydisappointed and I definitely crossed out the name Batikanos.Not recommended!

Terrible service, I went to have breakfast in Rio Sul and the attendant who served me was in a bad mood, I came back the next day and treated me the same way, I'm paying, I'm not getting breakfast for free, I'm not going back.
