I'm a regular customer at the pizza place, especially the one in Charneca, and I'm always extremely well received by the various staff who have a fantastic sense of professionalism and are extremely friendly, in addition to the food being fantastic! However, today for the first time I went to Feijó's and I was quite disappointed with the service provided by the employee. Extremely rude. There were only 2 tables, us at one and other customers at another (we entered the restaurant at the same time). It took around 20 minutes to come and take our order because she was talking to the other customers about her personal life, plus I had to spend the entire dinner listening to the employee talk about her life and her son “Francisco” with other customers loud and clear. After the conversation ended, the customers were going to dinner and when they finally thought they were going to be able to have a relaxed dinner, the employee decided to intrude on the customers' conversation, thus resuming the conversations loud and clear. I didn't feel comfortable at all in this restaurant and I certainly won't go back. I didn't think there was any professionalism on the part of this employee. Very unpleasant from the moment of collecting the order until the moment of payment, which even the ATM machine abruptly took out of my hand. I just wanted to have dinner quietly.
