I have never been treated so poorly in my life, they treated us with disdain and arrogance.First, they didn't allow a group of 9 people to sit together, we had to sit at 4 separate tables, because they simply didn't want the tables together, they even made up the excuse that the tables were heavy. I told the manager that I had never seen anything like this, to which he arrogantly replied “there is a first time for everything”.According to the waitress who served us, she is extremely poorly trained and doesn't have the skills to serve at the table. Turns your back when you try to ask for something, forgets about requests. She was called out for turning her back on us several times to which she replied “Have you said everything?”.Thirdly, they made a mistake when calculating the bill, they wanted us to pay for beers that we didn't drink and we still thought “it's always the same thing” when it was the first time we went there. ?????????I will never go back there again and I will definitely tell everyone I know not to go there.

Great food, appalling service. The lady who served us turned her back on us whenever we asked for something and pretended she didn't hear, she responded badly as if we were sending a shipment; When politely called to attention, he could not turn his back, he responded even worse. If you don't want to work with the public, don't work in restaurants. It completely ruined our meal. For this reason we do not recommend the place, the food was spectacular but with table service like this it might as well be self service. The least we ask for is respect and good manners, something we didn't get here.

It is regrettable that they charge 1 euro for a little more chicken sauce (not double the amount usually served) which represents around 15% of the value of the chicken.
Could it be that if we don't want any sauce they will discount €1 off the price?
I would like to thank the management for the invitation, not to return, which I will do with pleasure.
