We arrived and waited 20 minutes to be able to sit down, so far so good. (There were empty tables but it was still not possible to sit down) It's normal lunch time. It was acceptable, now even after we had been waiting and with the tables already prepared, people coming in first than us is no longer acceptable. In my opinion. However, we sat down and waited, without exaggeration, 40 minutes to eat it (table, I know it takes time but for God's sake) I don't know if it was due to the time ? but the meat was overcooked, nothing to complain about the other side dishes. But I come even more to complain about the terrible service from the employees. Terrible training, it seems like you're there doing me a favor to have lunch lol Due to the service, I will definitely not return, without any attention to the customer…

Some rude staff who dragged their feet behind them. Not particularly service minded. We ordered chicken because we had been recommended this. Quite ok, but nothing special. The fries were dry. Piripirin very good. The atmosphere was pleasant as pleasant music was played. No high noise level, but you could talk in a normal conversational tone, which is unusual in Portugal
