I frequent this cafe just because I like the terrace space, but the service from one of the ladies who is usually there is inedible, to say the least. A tall lady with glasses. I have never seen her smile, she despises customers and I have just witnessed an unacceptable attitude towards her co-worker, a huge queue and she disappears for a moment and when she returns instead of helping her colleague who is confused at the counter with breakfast, natural juices , gallons, etc. She will calmly lift some trays to the tables, but calmly! Something you don't do when there are no customers at the counter, I myself have had to lift trays because the tables were full and there was no one to serve. At the very least, a lack of professionalism and camaraderie among colleagues. They need to review this employee's situation urgently....
