Horrible place, bad service, the food left a lot to be desired, the seafood rice had sea sticks!!! What joke is this??? a scam come on.... waiting for the bill for 40 minutes,.... A place to never visit.... A series of errors that make you end up in a very deplorable place... ..

Live music, grilled fish, fresh food, absolutely amazing place with brilliant prices. Would recommend! If you go to Lisbon, cross the river and visit this place. Recommend the octopus and the prawns!

We had sardines here which were quite decent. I guess it’s difficult to spoil such a simple dish.
We were reluctant to go here because of all negative reviews, however, there was nothing that negative.
The waiters are a little bit slow and need to push them but other than that it’s a nice local spot, nothing fancy which is not expected in the first place.

Microscopic dishes for an above average price compared to restaurants on the other side of Lisbon in Alfama, and a snail service that lacks professionalism

After 6 years we were back in this great family restaurant. We had great conversations with the owner/grill master back then and definitely wanted to visit the restaurant again. Unfortunately the nice man passed away. His wife took over the restaurant and lovingly picked up where he left off despite COVID and inflation. The prices haven't been raised since the nice man's death in order to keep the regulars. The food was, like back then, super tasty and traditionally Portuguese. For us a MUST when you are in Lisbon. The restaurant can also be reached by taking the Faire (Cais do Sodré to Cacilhas/every 30 minutes) which stops opposite the river. The €3 mini tour with the view is another great bonus and very affordable.

I ordered some clams "a Bulhão duck"
They were expensive and not very good.
Expensive prices and the service hardly leaves much to be desired.
There are undoubtedly better options in the area.
I do not recommend it.

I think it's a good restaurant.
Starting with the food, I ordered a Bifana and it came cold, just a little hot.
The service is good but it took a while for my food to arrive, not to mention that people don't know how to speak Portuguese properly
The atmosphere is good, but there are a lot of flies and Asian bees.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has a second entrance with a ramp.

Thank you very much for the excellent lunch and the digestive.
Everything was very good, starting with the octopus salad which was very well seasoned. The mixed fish accompanied with hot olive oil with garlic and coriander, I recommend trying it.
For lovers of farófias, I recommend the Dona Felismina farófias, which are delicious.
The place is spacious both in the restaurant and on the terrace.
Very helpful staff, and a special thank you to the owners who came to our table to ask if everything was to our liking.
The restaurant is very well located, almost opposite the Cacilhas river terminal.

Excellent fresh fish . Absolutly to recommend. Price quality can’t be discussed.
But the service. Ohhh my god what catastrophic. I don’t know if it was because Sunday , but we had to wait around 30 mn to get our drinks, and then to be finally informed that the wine ordered was not available.
So , if you have patience and like good fresh fish then go…..

I don't know if I should talk about the piece of fish served with 3 boiled potatoes for €14 or the fact that the fish was not fresh and not edible. Out of 4 dishes ordered only 1 was correct. Bad value for money. I do not recommend this restaurant.

We had a good meal at this restaurant just outside the river station. We tasted the chicken, grilled sea bream, cuttlefish and veal chop. The portions are generous and the dishes are well seasoned and very tasty. The cuttlefish are very tender and the head is well grilled. We particularly liked the fish and the chicken. It's nice to see the barbecue outside.
The peppers are good but more ordinary. The waiter placed bread, butter and cheese on the table when we arrived without saying anything, even though it had to be paid for.
