We went to a Tuesday to eat snails. Turns out they were the worst snails we ate at this establishment. They were clearly not fresh, they were cold, there were a lot of voids and they had a slightly different flavor than usual. He implied that they were taking advantage of the rest of the weekend and had not conditioned them properly. Furthermore, I asked for a rare prego and the meat was well done.
Result: the next day, we both had gastroenteritis and diarrhea.
I don't intend to go back there again.
