I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service received and the incorrect issuance of the invoice for the order placed on 06/10/2034 via Uber Eats. During the request, I used my usual tax profile, manually entering my company's NIF, as well as the legal name and address. However, upon receiving the order, the invoice was directed to the end consumer and did not contain the NIF informed.
When calling the restaurant at 8:45 pm to request a new invoice with the correct NIF, I was answered by an employee who demonstrated a lack of politeness and intransigence. She stated that it was my responsibility for not having entered the NIF correctly, which is not true, as I clearly remember having included all the necessary information.
Even after mentioning the possibility of an error in the application, the employee maintained a rude attitude and refused to correct the invoice, even hanging up the phone abruptly.
When checking the application, I found that the delivery receipt included my NIF, confirming that the information was provided correctly.
The invoice, worth 42.80 euros, was to be included in my company's expenses, and the refusal to correct the situation is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this situation makes me reconsider future purchases at your establishment.

I ate at the restaurant once and the food was very good and fresh, but once I ordered for delivery I called at around 6pm accepting that when the kitchen opened my order would have priority and I was given 40 minutes so it was scheduled for 7pm: 40, however, it only arrived at 8:40 pm, that's because I called several times, I don't recommend the delivery service, it's horrible and even with the long wait, they didn't make any compensation. :'[
