Worth the walk there from the marina, worth the visit!! Food delicious, friendly helpful service, spot idyllic!! We did have to wait a bit as we hadn't booked, but very accommodating, though could have a drink in the meantime while waiting. Highly recommended.

Impossible to make a reservation since they don't answer the phone. When you arrive you have to wait in line on the stairs, from there when it's your turn they send you to stand in another line to order the drinks and take them to one side of the restaurant until two hours later, in the best of cases, they seat you at the table. The good thing about waiting is some impressive views. Two and a half hours until we are seated for dinner. The waiters have a sense of humor that borders on rudeness, for me being disrespectful when asked something. A humor that I don't even understand and from what I read in reviews I'm not the only one. When I wanted to order a soup because I didn't have much of an appetite, they told me "how come I go to a restaurant without hunger" for wanting to order a €15 dogfish soup. I can barely finish it, even though they told me it was a starter, that was a full-fledged main dish. Price: only 2 beers with a little cheese €17 for two people, and then dinner, good but nothing spectacular. Very large quantities but I can't imagine if I was asked for a plate to share what they would have told me. My experience and recommendation? Try the restaurant right next door to see if they work better or just go order some drinks, watch the sunset and return to dinner on the other side of the river. That's really worth it, the sunset in that part of Lisbon.

Long waiting time to get a table. Waiting is normal at this establishment. But worse than that is having food that isn't worth all that wasted time. House special steak very dry and cod with little flavor.

What a SCENE! Iconic must book lisbon restaurant. Do it on their afternoon service as the way from Port to resto is a bit dodgy?so you don't really wanna walk there at night. We booked online in advanced which we thankfully did coz the queue on opening time was INSANE. Prawn starter I'd have to say the star of the dish. Beware of portion size as it's HUGE. I'd say a starter and a main would be enough for two. Grilled fish of the day and salmon were good but not fascinating. Oyster was fresh and the view and atmosphere was to die for.

Incredible place. Both for the environment, which is magical, and for the food, delicious. Fast service even though it was busy. A 10 and without a doubt to repeat!
They forgot one of our dishes, mind you we were only four people, then brought only part of it, we had to request the sides that were advertised. They ignored our request for a table near the river, even though there were tables available and we had to wait 1.5h, they sat us in the back. We felt unwelcome overall.

Restaurant that we had already frequented a few years previously, a victim of its success. We were very disappointed with the service, no reservations possible several months in advance but a 2-hour queue to eat… To begin with, how do you get to the restaurant? By walking 15 minutes in the middle of an abandoned area housing many homeless people on drugs. Then 2 hours in line, to be placed in an indoor room because still not possible on the terrace. Then a wait of 1 hour to get our dishes, decent dishes but not exceptional… The team members seemed overwhelmed, probably a lack of organization. Very unfortunate that such a place, benefiting from an exceptional view, has deteriorated so much.

I can’t put into words how nice of an experience Ponto final was. The food was exquisite and the view made everything so much nicer. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Portugal or lives in Lisbon but is still skeptical
