The sauce has nothing to do with Portugalia sauce anymore... Salty and loaded with cream. The meat cut like steak, to be fed to the nails, was tough. It fell far short of the quality expected for this house name.

I love Portugalia. I've always loved their sauce, their empty steak. I've already bought the empty steak in other places to make it and I couldn't feel the same satisfaction, theirs is fat-free and soft.Unfortunately, I gave this rating because today the empty steak tasted like liver... I don't know if it's because it was a part close to the liver (I don't have any knowledge about that) or if the meat was at the end when we went to get it... Honestly It was poor quality...Another thing that always happens is that we order it well done and it comes out raw inside. It seems like they disregard what the customer asked for and do what they usually do to everyone. As if well done and poorly done were the same.The only thing that remains delicious is the Portugália sauce.If one day the quality of the meat returns to what it was and they respect what the customer asks, I will change my review (or update).
