Fantastic food, typical and very tasty. I ate a prawn curry that was the best I've ever eaten in my life and I've eaten this dish in many other places. I also had my 50th birthday dinner here and it was top notch (meat cataplana), a great place for group lunches/dinners. Excellent wine list.
Delightful family restaurant in an out-of-the-way corner of Almada, across the river from the main city of Lisbon. Excellent traditional Portuguese cooking - I had a grilled rock bass, my partner a wonderful concoction of stewed chicken and rice with the chicken’s own blood, garlic, aromatic herbs. Good house wine and a flamed brandy after; we were very happy.
Really kind and attentive waiter. Good Portuguese food. Typical Portuguese restaurant. I would recommend you to go and taste the deserts as well ???? The decoration could improve :) although it seemed clean :)
