I've been a regular at Sun Almada sushi since it opened. I have noticed that in the last year, year and a half, quality has dropped a lot. To make matters worse, service and waiting times are getting worse, there are few people serving. For example, on a Saturday night, it is unacceptable for one person to make sushi and one person to serve. A super clean and welcoming place, the food was very well served, the dishes were very well presented and of high quality, the staff were always very attentive and helpful, I will return again without a doubt, I recommend 10/10
I worked with Japanese food for 8 years, this was one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, everything got a 10 out of 10, the dishes without any comments. Congratulations sushi ?
