I wanted to place an order for home delivery in Laranjeiro, but the lady at the Corroios store said they would have an hour or so of delivery, and that we could try to speak to the Almada management to see if they could come and deliver to Laranjeiro (even though they knew there would be a no, we tried). And behold, the Almada store manager (Mrs. Eliane) was super rude and rude, TOLD US THAT THEY DIDN'T DELIVER HERE BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY CAME HERE TO MAKE A DELIVERY AND THEY WERE ROBBED! We have never placed an order for Telepizza de Almada in our lives, much less robbed someone. I'm writing this here because at the moment I can't go to the store, but I'll go there soon and I'll make a point of speaking to you face to face. Unfortunately, the teleppiza should review whoever puts the “face” in the restaurant, a shame. I could have simply said, look, don't take this the wrong way, but we don't deliver anything there because one of our courier was already robbed in that area and not say that he came to make a delivery here and was robbed!!!Ps: the customer is not always right, but to be respected you have to show respect.

We waited more than 1 hour for a pizza to take away, we were the only ones in the restaurant, nothing justifies such a delay,Terrible service, I will never go back
Regarding the pizzas, for me, they are excellent but this time, the whole process was a disappointment. I ordered the pizza at 12:20pm and delivery would be at 1:10pm. The minutes passed and at 2pm I called the store to cancel the order. At 2:10pm they called to say they wanted to deliver the pizza and no one was opening the door (obviously, if we canceled the order) but the courier said no one informed him and we told him to take the pizza back to the store. By now the pizza should be more than cold!!! Conclusion: we didn't have lunch and they lost money/products (I hope they make good use of the pizza and have lunch or give it to those in need). TELEPIZZA FROM ALMADA NEVER AGAIN
