I've been a customer for a few years now, but I have to report that this house's services have declined a lot, especially customer service. You should not publish opening hours on Google (23:00), remembering that it has already been opened (24:00) and when a customer enters the establishment at 21:20 on a weekday and with the only customer just dining and watching that an employee was sitting at the table, when she saw me at the front door, she pulled her cell phone out of her pocket to check the time, looked at us and responded to both she, who was serving the table, and the cook, stating "that the kitchen was already closing." This is the last report that occurred to us, the same thing happened in different months with my husband. At least two Sundays a month we had the habit of having lunch there and unfortunately we received terrible service. I think that a house like this does not need to have the door open to serve the public. And who won tonight? The competition? Good luck ?

On 05/05 I went to have lunch at this restaurant with one other person. We ordered 1 stone soup and 1 portion of lizards. The lady who served us asked if we wanted 2 socks, so we said we only wanted 1 dose. The soup came in a small container, nothing to write home about. The lizards were served on two individual platters. When we went to pay, we were charged for 2 doses of lizards. I asked why, saying that we only ordered 1 dose. When asked the person who served us, she said that she mistakenly asked the kitchen for 2 portions of lizards. In view of the above, I cannot accept that I was charged for something that we did not ask for. I ended up ordering and having to pay for extra packaging to bring what was left. I filed a complaint in the complaints book, to which the restaurant's response was “we concluded that there must have been a communication error, and we cannot be sure of what part. As stated on our menus, all dishes listed are served in individual portions, there are no half portions.” When someone doesn't admit to making a mistake, it's very sad. I send the size of the portions served, with lots of potatoes and 6 pieces of meat. There was no need, I felt deceived. Best wishes, don't do this to customers, be fair! That's why this restaurant didn't have a line, ever again.
