First two times we went there with my parents and our baby the food was amazing, staff super friendly and very welcoming.Went a third time just me and my wife, didnt book as we were not sure what time we would finish golf, and at 7.15pm with a pretty empty room, they said they couldnt accomodate us.Apparently they dont accept bookings from non-guests before 9pm.Very disapointed, specially after the good experience we had the first couple times.

Another disappointing visit to A Terra and definitely our last. After a previous bad experience we decided to check out if the rebranding had brought any improvements but sadly not.Lunch Menu very limitedCeaser salad with less than fresh lettuce and very bland overall . Chicken with chewy skin and veins not removedPizza soggy base and too much cheese and not cooked long enoughLimited menu for childrenFish fingers not made on site and staff not aware of what type of fish they contain.Surely at this level homemade should be standard.Requested small pizza but told not possibleStaff in general not interested or friendly.We have been visiting this hotel since it opened and the standard continually dropping which is a pity as started off so well. Unfortunately we will not be returning

It was my first time in a restaurant À Terra and I was very positively impressed with the experience. The dishes are very modern respecting the ingredients of the region and the flavor of each element of the dish. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fabulous and the service sublime. Sofia attended to us and guided us through this experience in a unique way. Thanks

Very well prepared and tasteful food, friendly service but a little intrusive throughout the meal, almost making us feel that we were in a hurry... two negative notes:1-when booking (made personally and in advance) I was not told that the lunch menu was different from the dinner menu, and quite limited...2-when the bill came, the employee, quite embarrassed, alerted me to the existence of a portion, called a "suggested tip", worth 10% of the total expense... being a current practice in the USA, in Portugal it was the first time I saw it and I must say that it also caused me embarrassment, because I don't think it's right that they suggest how much I should tip, or if I should tip, the service they provided me and which, supposedly, should be well paid by the employer, in view of the prices charged (which I don't complain about because I knew them in advance)... It was a very embarrassing situation...

Very pleasant and well decorated room, parking at the door (common to the Praia Verde hotel), unhurried attentive service, this is not a place for that either. Good food and desserts, slightly above average price for the type of service.
