I asked for two pastas via Bolt Food, they took ages preparing my food, more than half an hour, when the food arrived, one of the pastas had a red hair, the pasta was poorly cooked unseasoned and the other pasta smells like expired cream and the texture as you may guess was off. It was the worst Italian food I've ever seen. after I put my qualifications on the app the restaurant didn't reach out to me to know exactly what was going on, I had an accident, I just wanted to eat in peace. In other context I would've return the food I SWEAR.

At first it looked good, the first day we liked it, but on the second it was a total disappointment, between burnt meat or undercooked pasta and the food taking a long time to arrive, we ended up getting fed up and leaving, the employees were super rude with such a problem and they couldn't solve it in time and hours and ended up starving, the salads are tiny and the dishes are expensive for what they are, I've heard good things about alheira mad very bad about tomato soup, in terms of space the place It has a creative and captivating space but I will never eat there again after the situation the other day.
