The experience was truly a disappointment.
Reservation made through the fork for 9:30 pm, with times available later than that. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:35 pm, having been greeted by the employee who told us that she didn't have a table ready for us because she didn't think we were going, like another group of 20 people who didn't show up.
He cleared a table outside for us with his hand and told us to sit down.
I asked for a bottle of cold water and the employee told me that it was only available at that temperature. I had to order another drink.
We tried to order starters, but on the list there was only bolo do caco, which when served was cold and with traces of charcoal from the grill on the bread.
We ordered 1 bitoque, sea bass and charcoal board and requested specific points of the meat. However: - only the sea bass and the board came to the table - The fries were half raw - the meat is too rare. The kitchen was being cleaned and the maids were closing the space. I called one of the employees and told me that I had to wait, but she didn't come back, so I had to go to the counter to request the bitoque which, the employee told me, she had forgotten to bring to the kitchen.
I asked about closing time and the answer was that I didn't know because it was part of the team.
In the end there wasn't even an apology. I don't want to go back and I don't recommend it.

We visited the space on a weekday and without much crowding. The space is pleasant and has a terrace, which at the time we had lunch (2pm) was in the shade! ?? We were served starters, bread and olives. As a dish of the day they had a few options, so we decided to opt for grilled salmon and swordfish. Then also part of the menu we had dessert and coffee. The service was good and the waiter was funny and friendly! We had some setbacks with eating, but everything went smoothly. The only criticism I have is about the bread, which arrived hard at the table. Not that they served us day-old bread, but rather they kept it uncovered until it came to the table, which makes the bread hard and dry. Advice from those who also work in the restaurant industry: prepare the baskets, but cover them with a thick cloth! Otherwise everything is great! ??

However very let down by the very poor service. Waited forever for an extra bowl of fries that never arrived. No one came to clear the empty plates even after asking to do so as we wanted to have desserts and coffee.
On the bill we were charged for items that we did not order. The waiters were not great to say the least.
Disappointed that the service was so poor, as the food was really great.
