I constantly go to Uber to place an order and it is always closed, the establishment closes at 2pm but at Uber at 1pm it is no longer possible to place orders because the employees close the tablet!! I placed a scheduled order today and at 1pm I received a notification that the order was cancelled, I called to understand what happened and what I was told was that Uber canceled it alone, and I know very well that that was not what happened, If the tablet is closed, all scheduled orders are cancelled, I know very well how this application works, I don't think it makes sense for me to place an order at 11:30 am and have it cancelled. The food arrived cold, and I suppose no one likes buying cold food!!! If I wanted cold food, I would make it at home...
