I expected more from the novelty of the stuffed edges, but it was good!
Service was fast
But there were some kids running and screaming in the space, I didn't feel like it at all ?

From running away at 7 feet.
They sell a buffet lunch menu that advertises sauce but doesn't have sauce and doesn't say anything. Super slow service but strangely the problem must be between leaving the oven and arriving at the table.
It's all about serving cold.
I order another drink and after 5 minutes without the drink I complain and they come to the table to get the glass to fill.
Empty restaurant so I don't believe there was a lack of glasses.
A shame, half the price was expensive and even though it's free I have my doubts whether I would go back.

Alverca store with little cleaning, in the corners with the ceiling already half decorated for Halloween, as there are cobwebs hanging, everything outside is dirty, which doesn't even attract people to eat outside, the employees are poorly trained as they don't know how to inform the customers as it should be, one waitress says one thing, another waitress says another thing... anyway
Parking: Many places as it is a Retail area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is accessible as it is all straight up, on the same level as the parking lot.

Disappointing table service, after a long wait the orders were changed. Employees with no experience whatsoever. Place full of insects.

Horrible service, once again the order was changed. The pizzas didn't all come to the table at the same time, when some finished others still didn't have the pizza on the table. Every time an employee needs to come to the table, we have to get up to ask.
An experience not to be repeated.

I don't know if anyone responsible for Pizza Hut reads this or not, but of all my visits to Pizza Hut, an experience has never been so terrible (and all the associated adjectives).
An empty room... a table when I arrived and a table when I left. It was around 8:30 pm... there were 3 of us, we sat down to dinner... I asked the employee who came to take the order if there was any promotion since it was World Puzza Day... and she asked a little disoriented... hm? what a promotion... well followed. We ordered a new XBites pizza... crispy something, 6 slices of supreme garlic bread and asked if there was a drink refill for another X€. The answer was... what is that? Of the 3 things we ordered, they only got the Garlic Bread right... not before I got up and went to the counter because I saw the waitress taking cans out of the fridge to come and serve them at my table... and before I opened them ... "sorry the cans are not part of the drink refill" the answer I got was... ahm what refill? I requested the presence of the store manager and asked if there were drink refills as that was what we had asked for... who also didn't know what I was talking about... but after thinking a bit he said yes... Meanwhile, the garlic bread was taken out of the oven while I was at the counter and the employee who took our order handed me the plate... I just replied... sorry, you don't think I'm going to take the garlic bread. to the table right? There was no reaction from either the waitress or the store manager... anyway... then the Xbites pizza came... which wasn't what we had ordered... we went back and waited another 15 minutes. The last straw was when my friend went to the counter to pay and asked how much it was... the waiter said the amount, and my friend asked... but can't I see the receipt before paying? I got up from the table and went to the counter and asked if I could have a table consultation to see what I was paying and confirm that everything was correct... the waiter answered me... hmm? I regretted it and demanded the presence of the store manager there at the checkout. I explained the situation and demanded a table consultation receipt... he started reading the items on the machine (without giving me the receipt) I said again that I demanded to see what I was going to pay. There he explained to me that many customers think that the receipt is an invoice and therefore do not give it to customers. Anyway, a great story... I went back 3 times demanding to see what I was paying for... a receipt came out... result... the pizza I paid for and was on the receipt was not the one I had ordered... but the value was the same (less badly) the 6 slices of 4+2 garlic bread and the 3 refills were still correct... and a somersby... WHAT!!!! Well, it was annoying to see something there that I didn't consume, and regarding a table appointment that they didn't want to give me. He rectified it, I paid, I left, I didn't even give a thank you back. There are records and cancellations of articles that prove everything I wrote here.
The worst experience I've ever had at Pizza Hut. I was a worker and trainer at Pizza Hut more than 12 years ago and it hurt to see people without the profile to serve customers. I give the employee the benefit of the doubt (she could be new) but a boss not following her is unforgivable. The dinner was for my mother-in-law's birthday, who loves Pizza Hut... all in all, a horrible experience.
I would like to thank those at Pizza Hut who manage the Alverca store to take the necessary measures so that there is customer-focused service and not non-present service (95% of the time away from the room and customers) both the boss and the only employee who they were always inland. I wasn't the mystery shopper but if I was the score would be 0. It's impossible to give anything less.
This was my experience at Pizza Hut in Alverca. I believe there are good ones. and that's good for a brand like Pizza Hut that strives for

It's expensive because it has table service
Very slow service, 1 hour to bring 2 garlic breads, another 30 minutes for the pizzas, employees who change the pizzas for small ones and then just say sorry they didn't bring the right size. Very bad, I don't recommend it. Lots of people leaving with just drinks due to the delay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU AWAY!!!
