It's a good take-away. It has a decent variety, is well located and is great for when you don't want to spend a lot or get home and cook.
My boyfriend and I went there on a Friday lunchtime and it was relatively empty, so we were served quickly and very friendly. We ordered 4 turkey patties (very big ones!), which were €13.28 (€22.50/kg), we spent €3.42 for the rice and beans and we also ordered some desserts for €2.50 each, which were even quite delicious. I can't complain and I will definitely come back if I need a take-away in this area of Alverca.

I went in the afternoon, took 2 chickens and the attendant said there were 3 sauces but only one put one in, meaning just fat!! The expensive suckling pig sandwich with potatoes 7 and 50!

I placed an order through Uber Eats and after 45 minutes the application informed me that the delivery man was at the grill door to pick up the order and they canceled the order at the grill and there were still 25 minutes until closing. I called the store and got a response. from the employee is that they didn't have any order with my name on it... Unfortunately they think the customers are stupid and are sleeping

Did not like!As it was a little past lunch time, I asked what was still there, to which the girl replied that she had roast chicken.I bought a chicken, supposedly, but when I got home I realized that they were pieces of several chickens cut into small pieces! There was only one wing, one thigh and the rest were bits of breast and other parts with almost no meat, very dry, and a lot of fat that they call lemon sauce but that doesn't taste like anything and is paid at the price of chicken.I literally felt cheated!I don't intend to buy anything from this grill again.

Good facilities with most of the staff being friendly towards the customer, but unfortunately you are alone there...When it comes to the food, which is the main thing, it is noted that the preparation is sloppy, in terms of flavor it is nothing special and even without due hygiene care.Of the 4 times I went to buy food, 2 of them I had hygiene problems with the food I bought.Once I came across a pressure cooker donut inside the food, so I called the restaurant and they promptly apologized, refunded the amount I paid and offered a free meal, it's ok, it can happen to anyone and I gave the benefit of doubt.Today an incident happened again in which, apparently, there was a plastic label like the one that is normally inserted on the meat on display in the butcher's shop or it could even be a label like the one that is normally on salsa packaging... This indicates that The staff who prepare the food do not take the trouble to wash the ingredients nor do they take the necessary care when using the ingredients before they are cooked or even while they are being prepared.I leave here a photo of what happened.I will make a complaint in the complaints book to the ASAE entity, as this is unacceptable.
