Regarding the service, I will start by saying that we contacted the place by phone to request a reservation, we were very well attended to and quickly, upon arriving at the place we had a good presentation from the table attendants, all with smiles on their faces (something that is hard to find) our table was already organized. They presented us with the menu, the servers knew the menu well, they were super attentive to us, they eliminated our doubts regarding restrictions, they cleared our table, always keeping it clean and pleasant (something that is not common to see). Furthermore, the waiting time was quite reasonable, something that made our experience even more pleasant.
In short, I recommend Brazilian Burger House to everyone looking for a delicious meal with snacks similar to those in Brazil, it is a pleasant place with excellent service, I would like to congratulate your team, I will definitely be back again!
Vegetarian options: I was surprised, the vegan options at this restaurant are delicious, although there aren't many, but what they do have are mouth-watering!

Very good quality food, however the waiting time is ridiculous. I don't recommend it if you don't have at least 2 hours free. I waited 40 minutes for a burger when the restaurant was empty. There is no time management, no one reports anything, they do not provide satisfaction. We have to wait like a fool. Furthermore, with free time it is worth it.

In addition to the food being VERY, VERY GOOD (mayonnaise isn't even mentioned then). The service is impeccable! People's level of education is truly on another level! Yesterday I went to dinner with my husband and because it took a few minutes longer than usual for our order to arrive, we received cake and sweets as a gift. And it wasn't necessary, but we felt it was a gesture of care for their customers. Congratulations to the team!
