I go to H3 often, this is the closest to my house and it's my favorite restaurant in Ubbo, I always like the food and I'm always well served. I just have to point out that sometimes you notice some inexperience in the service in the employees and the last time I went there I spent 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) with some simple cutlery and people who came after me and were on the other side of the line left , with cutlery, first than me. Finally, after I called his attention 3 times, the guy in the other row went to get more boxes with cutlery for him and his colleague. I wasn't very happy with the situation as you can imagine.

I'm a regular customer at h3 ubbo. Most of the time, I order takeaway through Glovo. And they NEVER pay attention to the notes left by the customer! They never put the taxpayer number (I always ask for it on the invoice and it never comes), THEY DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE ANTI-ALLERGEN INFORMATION, the point on the hamburgers was wrong more than once... I always order a medium hamburger and instead of it coming with a pink inside , the burger arrived dry and again, it arrived charred... THEY DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRIORITY OF THE ORDER, SINCE IT WAS A DELIVERY FOR A DIABETIC PERSON WHO FOR HEALTH ISSUES HAD NOT EATEN ANYTHING FOR MORE THAN 9 HOURS ( information is also left on the slip notes)... The order arrives, and the note left by the customer is on the slip, but this is NEVER respected. More than once, the order was incomplete!! NO MOLJO, DUTIES, OR BACON OR MOLJO CADBONARA PAID LIKE, EXTRA!! Poor efficiency in assembling the order and no attention to customer notes.

I've eaten at H3 several times and it was always well served. However, at UBBO the quality is different. In the photo of the dish that was served to me, I must say that the hamburger, although rare, was not even 1cm tall... and tasted just as it looked... poorly. I don't recommend UBBO's H3.
