The worst KFC in the world, I honestly do not recommend anyone go there, they are very rude and serve everyone with anger. Don't go, you will have a fatal experience. The bathroom is public and everyone who gets off the train goes there and is super disgusting and dirty.

AMADORA STORE. The quality of the food is similar to other KFCs. I was a little annoyed when I went to the counter to order and a young employee said that I had to order using the machine at the entrance. I had to ask for help because the system is not intuitive and I still had to pay with a debit card when I prefer to pay in cash. That wasn't the hassle, it was when some customers came to the counter behind me to order and the employee accepted their order and payment, without even mentioning the entrance machine. Please note that I am not saying that she was unpleasant, but that there is any type of selection of care, that is. I hope that in the future the Amadora store will be better in this regard.

I placed the order and the main snack simply didn't come, I ordered 2 snacks and 1 Double Cheddar combo and the potato and soda came and the snack didn't come and I paid 13.75 for the combo, I went to complain and they refunded 6.88 and "That's it" total disregard and one person was left without eating, too absurd.

Super welcoming place with very friendly and attentive staff who taught me how to place an order through the kiosk, something I didn't know before. Smelly bathroom, very well organized and clean rooms with a good and pleasant temperature, hot wings are crispy and delicious, just how I like them. 5 stars would not be enough to praise this restaurant, one of the best I have ever visited.
Kid-friendliness: There is a play ground on the 2nd floor for children to have fun.

Of all the restaurants I went to, this was the worst I won't go back as soon as I arrived I went to the cashier to be served but the employee at the counter told me that orders are all made at the kiosk then come here to pay at the cashier so I went back and I had to wait in line for a while longer because I lost my seat, and as soon as it was my turn, the lady who was helping to place the orders told me that my order had to be placed at the counter and I was already upset because I waited a long time for the information that what they gave me was wrong and on top of that when I picked up my order at the counter they gave me 2 ketchup for 2, two batssa and a bucket for two, they told me that I had to pay for more but here I would have been fine because if it were them I wouldn't eat the menu who paid to be entitled to a ketchup, I never saw this happen, I asked if they could show me the proof paper that the store could only give one to each person, they didn't have one, not to mention the drink was to be taken and only water came out, they should improve their service and be careful and more organization I was not satisfied and I will not return knowing that I also work in this area
