My experience was a non-experience at this restaurant. We booked a table for 10 people at 7:45 pm, and when we got there at the agreed time, the restaurant was full without our table reserved. After speaking to the manager, he insisted that the table had been scheduled for 7:30 pm and that there was nothing he could do. It was a Monday and the restaurant was full, they clearly don't need to treat their customers well because they don't need to, although with this type of service I have no interest in returning

It's a shame, they don't take reservations but then there's a list with the names of people who aren't present... with me having a 2 year old child on my lap and an empty table right in front of me, it's just shameful, my person can't be beaten anymore In this restaurant... I repeat unprofessional service.

Snails ok. However, I think there are things that are unacceptable, namely having the cleaning lady sweep and wash the floor while we are at the table. It's not your fault that you were following orders, it's the person who gives that order that's to blame.

The employees were old school so I loved the personalized service.
My only issue about the place that I'm guaranteed not to return to is the lighting and it's quite uncomfortable...
The light is so intense that it takes away the well-being of a quality dinner like the one they serve.
