The first time I went on 08/06/2024 at around 11pm I received very poor service. Mainly because of the manager at that time, super arrogant, rude and without any professionalism, the employees were good people, the manager was super rude, I will never go back there again because of him.

Pizza all-you-can-eat.
We ordered these 3 pizzas that were included, we didn't consume everything, so it would have already been paid for, to make the pizza slices we would still have to pay, slice by slice... Because we didn't bring any repairs that will go to the trash where they were supposed to already be. paid... Waste is the best concept to adopt... Then the air conditioning indicated by the manager would be working, but it would be the shopping center's fault, an unbearable heat, a horrible flood inside the establishment. Yesterday I placed an order, an Uber Eats, I ordered 2 pizzas, the Margarita pizza and a Serrana pizza that came wrong (as shown in the image), which is completely different from the Serrena pizza I ordered.
Wow, this is really bad, because you have the customer's contact details, you could easily call about the lack of ingredients that make it impossible to make the pizza. Now imagine the case if you were allergic to these ingredients, it would be a wasteful pizza and money wasted for nothing.
I hope this is the last time that you do this, and you were considerate of the negative comments about your establishment, and I ask that you improve, because this is just losing customers.

According to other negative reviews, I arrived at the restaurant and placed an order for a family pizza. We waited… and waited… another customer arrived at the back table; After we had placed our order, more than 10 minutes ago, we were first served the same size family pizza. When we drew attention to the guy who served our table, who was very friendly, and who had nothing to do with the fault of the manager's mismanagement or the commands that are served in the room, in addition to the same (manager) having said that We should have arrived earlier and said this to the guy who asked for our pizza (7:30 pm) our pizza arrived at the table at 8:49 pm
night after more than an hour.
The owner of this store should pay more attention to the criticisms as there are already several reporting the same and the manager's lack of professionalism is the worst thing with these types of comments.

Visiting this restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The speed of the service left me plenty of time to reflect on life, as the food took so long to arrive that I almost had a philosophical revelation. Staff are so discreet they seem invisible, a rare skill that should be appreciated. If you're looking for a place to practice patience and appreciate minimalism in customer service, this is the perfect place!

I entered the restaurant at 8:30 pm and only left at 10:30 pm, every time I wanted something I had to call an employee, they would pass by the table and realize that that table didn't exist, several tables came in after mine and were served first.
They should pay more attention to customers, we are all the same.

Although the quality of the pizza is good, the price charged, compared to the quality of the service, is terrible. In a restaurant that only offers pizzas and side dishes, having only two pizzas available (one with peppers and the other with pineapple) is unjustifiable. To the question "Can you make a super-slice?" the answer was "This promotion is only valid for pizzas with pepperoni, that's all we have". That's almost 6pm in the afternoon. However, inside the establishment, there were people ordering pizzas that were made to order. So, a person who pays €2.90 per slice has to be subject to two options, just because there is no desire to make more? Where have you seen this before... I go to a francesinha store, they have 10x the variety.

It was the worst experience I had at a Pizza Hut restaurant. It started right when we entered, we spent 15 minutes waiting to be served, and the restaurant was empty. When we chose the carvery, we selected the Refill package, but what we were about to discover was that the drinks were not suitable for consumption. I requested a Pepsi at the beginning, and as soon as I took the first sip, I noticed that it didn't have any gas and that it didn't taste like Pepsi but rather like concentrate. The remaining drinks came with foam, and came in a plastic cup from another room that was later changed to a glass cup. Regarding the drinks, they told us that they had carried out maintenance on the machines in the morning.Right after the meal, I went directly to the UBBO bathroom, but what I didn't expect was to get home and spend the whole night vomiting and having diarrhea. Acute gastroenteritis was what reserved me for this experience.

Service leaves a lot to be desired, I'm a regular customer of other stores but this one is by far the worst in terms of service. understanding the fact that they assumed "they were in the mud, with fewer people in the room on a holiday" they were arrogant, lacking patience and not very flexible to the questions and requests we made.

Well, on my last visit now in March 2024. Service has improved a little, it seems that customer service is now more important. As for the menu, it remains limited and for those who don't eat meat it's even worse. I would like to make a special request to the admirers and menu managers of Pizza Hut, believe it or not, there are not many people who don't eat meat and you fail to guarantee customers because you are limited in your menu, people's way of eating has changed a lot, so Pizza Hut try to keep up with developments.
