SA-GO-SU_sushi is a restaurant that offers assorted small-piece sushi with good preparation. The fish and vegetables are fresh-tasting, and the presentation and creativity are very good. The space itself is very beautiful and welcoming, although it is quite small with only 4 seats and no air conditioning, making it very hot in the summer. The employees are friendly and polite, and the service is fantastic, especially for the tasting menu that is all you can eat. The tasting menu includes starters like breaded shrimp and salmon carpaccio, which are delicious, though servers may limit repetitions. The sushi comes with very good presentation and is generally good, with a good rice/fish ratio, but some find it not as incredible as the best options available elsewhere. Beverages like white sangria are prepared from packaged ingredients and are not very fresh. Overall, SA-GO-SU_sushi is recommended for its good preparation, friendly service, and nice presentation, making it a place worth visiting again.
