Coffee was good as usual with my ginger shot but the pasteis de nata I was served was not from the display and seemed like it was a few days old. It’s a shame because I usually have a nice fresh cake here. Also was overcharged as they have a coffee and cake special but was charged for each item separate. Won’t return. Much better coffee shops in the centre.

I've been to UBBO's Starbucks several times and nothing to write home about, but this time I was extremely displeased with the service, in addition to serving the cup in the state it is in the photo (the person pays almost €5 for a drink for it to come half full) the employee in question reached for tap water and filled the glass with a mouthful of juice. It tasted like washed-out juice. I understand that there are several requests and a lot of work, but haste is the enemy of perfection.
Available and friendly employees. I even had a small problem with the app and the store manager was very approachable.

Yesterday 11-05-24 at Starbuck Ubbo I had a horrible situation at the counter when I was making the payment there was a live cockroach walking from one side to the other and the employee killed it in front of me... I was in shock and they just said sorry to me... yes How is the kitchen?? My god I'll never go there again after being a fan
