The Good Burger Ubbo

Terrible service. Firstly, it's not noticeable that when ordering a hamburger, the accompaniment is separate and they didn't even ask me if I wanted something to go with it, I ended up just eating the hamburger (I was upset and didn't want to wait). The Brazilian boys who served, both at the counter and the cook with the situation of the side dish, were arrogant. Other than that, the terrace is cool and I have to say that the burger was really good. But I'm not going back.

It was the first time we visited this establishment. I ordered a hamburger and my son, a dog. The dog was boring, an open sausage with ketchup, €3.50... not even a single potato... what a shame

He's had better employees and consequently better days. It's not our first time, so we think the quality of service has been very high, especially in the arrogance of service. Order management is chaos. In the kitchen where the atmosphere among employees is too relaxed and people eat in the kitchen. But speaking of my experience, after having lunch I went to pick up the UFO which had already been paid for, and I didn't know who was going to do it. They took too long to make it... well here's hoping I don't go back.

Excellent hamburgers, as well as their side dishes. All accompanied by a good pint of Somersby. Nothing compares to this concept of Hambugueria. Without a doubt one of the best in the Lisbon area.

O epic chicken, tem o tamanho M e XL, mas ridiculamente, voce pede o XL e te mandam um molho do M o que não dá para tudo, quando se vai pedir a mais querem que você entre na fila novamente e pague 0,50€. Perde 15 min para pegar um molho. Outro detalhe é lanches ridiculamente pequenos. Não recomendo, muito caro e muito tempo para pedir, sendo que tem outros restaurantes próximos bem melhores,

Once the order has been placed, it is impossible to change anything. Neither at the counter nor in the kitchen can they find a solution for the customer when the error was made by the counter employee who put potato sticks instead of sweet potatoes. In the kitchen even more arrogant employee that it's all his way and that must be why orders are taken in the kitchen. Not to mention the dirt on the tables and full of dirty trays…we had to remove ourselves to be able to sit down. It was the second time we went back (now with family) but we won't be back for sure
