Unfortunately the quality of service is no longer the same…
Long waiting time for tables to be collected and dessert to be ordered as just 2 waiters for the number of people is not enough.
Bosses should seriously think about hiring more employees as it should be prohibited to work in these conditions when normally this restaurant is or was prestigious.
Grateful

Fantastic atmosphere, the food is absolutely delicious, the restaurant is lucky to have a chef with golden hands.
The flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The steak was cooked perfectly.
The maids were attentive without being intrusive.
There are plenty of parking spaces and the terrace has a fantastic view.

I went to dinner with my family and we ate veal tourniquet and cod with cornbread. Everything was on point. Excellent preparation and quality of ingredients.
Friendly and welcoming place.
We will be back.

A well decorated restaurant, good food, but in terms of service there is some disorganization. Changing dishes on the table and taking a long time to make payment!!!

Be prepared to be ignored by the staff. We waited two hours for our food. Completely understaffed. Go somewhere else. The food was decent and the view is great but the wait completely spoiled the experience.

Wonderful Restaurant.
Very good food, I recommend it.
It took a while, but we understood why the restaurant was full.
There was a great effort made by employees to make customers well served.
It was the first time, and it won't be the last.
I appreciate the experience. Thanks

With a view of the river, this restaurant is a good option in both summer and winter.
Food well prepared, well served (quantities). Employees at the Top!!!
Not forgetting the walks that you can take along the Tamega river (just a stone's throw from Ali) to relax

You know that warm food that makes you remember, this is Quinta do Outeiro.
A wonderful space, overlooking the Tâmega, very welcoming.
From the starters to the desserts, everything is delicious, congratulations to the chef.
I recommend visiting especially in good weather to enjoy the fantastic terrace that the restaurant has.
I thank Miss Vera for her kindness and for noting that she speaks from the heart.

Excellent ??????????
Cozy place with a variety of tasty dishes.
An excellent list of green wines.
Regarding the service, the entire staff was very friendly and available, particularly Vera, who always welcomed us with a smile and a lot of friendliness.
A house that I recommend for good family meals.
Keep going ?

This week we went to Quinta de Outeiro.
A typical place in Amarante, with a beautiful location and views over the town.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had some starters, all very tasty, which were brought in on a tray for us to choose from.
The main course was a special of the day, octopus fillet with migas.
The octopus was delicious, very soft and well cooked. See picture below for reference.
For dessert we had triffle which was great and the house cake of the day made with carrot and coconut.
This is definitely a place to return to, good food and good customer treatment!
A place to eat in Amarante with food to remember.
