When I want to eat well and be well served, I always go back to Tasquinha da Ponte. The food is deliciously homemade and the service is quick and very friendly. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming. The price is very good. I highly recommend it!
We came across Tasquinha da Ponte while walking in the area, looking for a place to have dinner. The interior is pretty classic for a Portuguese tasca, with some interesting details on the walls. Unfortunately the food was not outstanding, as one would expect from a traditional Portuguese restaurant. As far as I'm concerned, a very good experience. Very tasty food (Boar chanfana accompanied with punched robes), the space is very pleasant and the service for a very busy day also has nothing to say. A place to return to when returning to Amarante.
