Flor da Beira offers an excellent quality/price ratio with very good food, especially the francesinha and bitoque dishes. The staff is friendly, and homemade desserts are a highlight. The small, welcoming environment and excellent service make it a great choice. Some diners found the picanha dish lacking, but overall, it's a restaurant worth returning to for a pleasant dining experience.
