We went often, the prices increased and the quality remained the same. The food is good, but not enough to pay €7/8 for a mixed toast and €1 or whatever for a coffee that tastes like dirty water. Sometimes the service is good, other times you notice that the employee doesn't want to be there. Paying €5 for a hard brownie from the day before is just sad

Inadmissible bathroom, cement floor, unpalatable smell, I left with wet feet, it's unacceptable, worse than a bathroom in Cais do Sodré.
Environment is completely irrelevant considering that it does not erase the trauma of going to the bathroom.
The service looks like a Gato Fedorento sketch, ordering an imperial in Portugal and no one knows what to do, they only have bottle-shaped cans and imperials are served in paper cups. Very bad, to the point that they couldn't serve a beer. The worst part was the wait... A friend took more than 20 minutes to be served an imperial in a paper cup.

When they arrive at the table, they do not take the order in full.
There were two of us eating, we each ate in turn because they lost the order, concern for the customer is zero.
I ordered eggs Benedict which came fully poached and therefore I ate boiled eggs!!!

We are on the terrace, I was careful to choose a table away from tobacco smoke or shisha and in no time I would be forced to eat and take away the shisha smoke from anyone who decided to change tables without worrying about the other consumers.
Total lack of care.
Invoice with taxpayer request that I'm still waiting for on the platform and nothing.
In short, I don't recommend it nor do I intend to return.

We arrived at the place and ordered Eggs Benedict and eggs prestige and two Lattes. The lattes came first and ended up being cold until the food arrived, which took almost an hour. Then when the food arrived I discovered that the prestige eggs came with ham and not bacon as it says on the menu. When questioned, they said that perhaps there was no more bacon... Furthermore, we had to take two drunk individuals who weren't even consuming it. Not to return!!

I don't recommend it, it wastes money and the food is not worth the price on the MENU. To have that price, at the very least the food has to be impeccable.

Shrimp crepioca is spectacular. Chicken crepioca is OK.

Dietary restrictions: For those who are gluten intolerant, there is crepioca.

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!We ordered 1 Brunch by lost, they brought the yogurt right away but the other things came in turn every 20 minutes, when at the end I said that the juices and coffee were missing, the attendant replied “I know” conclusion: I brought everything except the coffee, we had to order coffee at the counter while paying. They waited several times when they arrived after us and we were left last with the food.They still think they are right and treat us with contempt when we complain.NOT GOING BACK AT ALL.

We ordered a bruch at 10:28 and at 11:55 we still had to go to the counter to say that the juices were missing and the toast where the girl said “yes I know” took another 20 minutes and we had to go get it from the counter.I understand that you want to have those breakfasts similar to those at a hotel, but you have to learn to serve one table at a time... people who arrived later and ordered hamburgers and salads were served faster than me, who was there for an hour
