Food was ok. The waiter (a Bengladeshi man whose name I forgot) was a little bit impatient, fast and distracted. He also made the mistake of bringing the appetizer at the same time as the main dish which ended up getting cold. He also didn’t treat all customers the same, he was more pleasant with some than with others. The older Portuguese guy at the cash register (not sure if he was the manager or the owner) was unpleasant. I will not be going back. I had better customer service from other restaurants.

We booked a table for 35 people at this restaurant and got our own private space upstairs which was highly appreciated. We pre-ordered from their set menue and it worked really well. The food was really good and the atmosphere excellent. Thank you for giving our choir a really special evening together in Lisbon, and I hope your guests downstairs could appreciate the unexpected entertainment from us upstairs. The restaurant has ample seating both inside and on the terrace in front. I wanted something light so I opted for a soup and a tuna salad, both of which were tasty. Staff seemed pleasant, but inexperienced. I think this restaurant is more suited to large groups. Apart from the fact that the food was fairly decent, there was nothing which was tempting me to stay for a dessert or another glass of wine. It's pretty much a 'tourist' place.

We booked this restaurant after seeing all of the highly rated reviews on TripAdvisor. As soon as we arrived, there was one particular waiter who delivered excellent service. He was so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We ordered tapas style sharing boards rather than having a main meal each because we weren’t super hungry at the time. When we requested the bill from the waiter he immediately jumped up and got some port shots for us to convince us to stay. That waiter made our night, he was so fun and friendly. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Lisbon.

Was so disappointed in this restaurant. I had spent so much time reading reviews on Trip Advisor and with only 2 nights in Lisbon, chose this spot for one of our nights... Very big mistake, First, the server dropped the bread, olives and cheese plate on our table (about 15 euros)....when we were in the restroom. This was so rude... he didn't ask if we wanted. We noticed the other servers did ask their customers if they wanted this. To add insult to injury, when the server was clearing this course, she said we might as well finish the cheese as we had paid for it. We ordered 4 different main courses... the cod was awful, salmon was overcooked and the snapper had not flavor. About mid way through the dinner, a band started to play across the street,, and we couldn't hear ourselves speak... it was uncomfortably loud... I know the restaurant couldn't control this but it really just topped off a negative experience.
