For those who like and want to enjoy a musical experience. A simple and welcoming place. The tavern keepers are the singers and create a very friendly atmosphere in the house. Definitely a place to return!

Vegetarian options: They serve several types of cheese and bread or garlic bread.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to cow's milk and one of the barkeeps went to get some water bread especially for me. They are very respectful of dietary restrictions.

This is an intimate acoustic venue for Fado music. The servers are the entertainment. The service good the singing and musicianship is amazing! Full bar, beer & wine. Food is appetizers, sandwiches and a delicious green soup. We had dinner before the show but couldn’t resist a few snacks while there.I do not speak Portuguese and have no idea what they are singing about but the music is moving and the sound in this small club is incredible.

Amazing intimate musical experience. Make sure to reserve a table and get there before the first set. No cover, just a very reasonable minimum charge for food and drinks. €10/15 for local/guest performers. If the door is shut and curtains pulled, please wait outside until the performance is done. Every set is about 20-25 minutes long.

This place alone is worth a ticket to Terceira! We were lucky enough to have the 2 owners play music for us (plus guests). The two staff members were unexpectedly an exceptional guitarist and a unique and heart warming fado singer. We loved, loved ,loved it!Can’t recommend enough (especially after a not so great fado experience in Lisbon).Thank you

If you like Fado, this beautiful place is a must see when visiting Terceira. It is a very small and intimate atmosphere. I have been there 3 times during two separate visits to the island. They bring in local talent sometimes for special performances. Their sangria and charcuterie plate are the best!

Fabulous place to hear fado. Make reservation for a table because place is small. No 'true' cover charge, but need to buy food and/or drink totalling minimum 10 euro.

This was one of the highlights of our time in Terceira. We didn't realize beforehand that it's more of a place for drinks and small plates while enjoying the fado music, rather than a full restaurant, but everything we had to eat and drink was enjoyable. Memorable Azorean experience in a cozy setting!
