Very good and different tapas, chaotic and hasty service. The restaurant inside is not very attentive and rather dull.

It's ok!

The basis of the tapas is interesting and, overall, from what I ate, I liked it, but I think it lacks flavor. The Pastel de Ramo Grande (?) was what I liked the most. It has a good wine cellar!

I found some of the staff to be particularly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about wines in general and particularly those from the Azores. The remaining elements do not work well as each one has a function, which, in a crowded room, can be embarrassing for fluidity in the service. I waited too long to order and receive the food.

We went for dinner on the hotel's recommendation and were disappointed. The dishes are prepared, but they have a very small amount of food and the price is approximately €30-40 per person. a shame

Pleasant experience based on petiscos (tapas). Option to combine 5 dishes for 2 people. To highlight the cost.

I called to make a reservation and was greeted by a very unpleasant girl who hung up on me, leaving me with the word in my mouth. I asked him twice that I wanted to book on the terrace and he only told me that the reservation was made. When we arrived there was no room on the terrace, they had put us inside. The guy who served us seemed nice, but due to the poor treatment we received we left.

We ended up in this taberna during our island hopping on Terceira. The map and the interior appealed to us as we walked past. And we were not disappointed!
Great wine recommendations with little stories. Plus tapas that just fit. So a big fat thumbs up from us ??! A must for a great evening. And the service was also extremely attentive. In the end, we wanted a good digestive and there was a recommendation for that that just fit. Please note: Figo - Local & really tasty.
LG to the entire crew

Excellent food but deplorable service (a first for our experience in the Azores): very unpleasant waitress, she can't stand everything (should change jobs).
