This is not the Tutti Food that’s being shown in the reviews/photos here. The place is now called Tutti Sushi and they’re a buffet of chinese food.
Had a really hard time understanding what the process for ordering is as nobody speaks english. They give you a notebook where you need to write all the food you want to order and then they come pick up the notebook.
The food takes forever to come and the portions are really small. Considering it’s a buffet I guess you need to order multiple dishes, which we didn’t because nobody explained it to us.

Very good atmosphere, good food. However, the owners of the establishment have no respect for their employees (they shouted at the employees in front of us for the amount of food served on the table for which we paid) customers. Table attendants don't speak Portuguese and are unfriendly.

What can I say, no quality at all, the waiters only speak Chinese or English with no experience, the food is terrible in terms of hot dishes and the sushi is not even spoken, it takes forever to get to the table and when it arrives it is a pure disappointment with no quality, experience never to repeat

The friendliness of the bakery staff, the way they serve and the attention they give to customer service left a lot to be desired, when we asked something they kept looking at each other and ignoring us. Very small toast, extra dry cake (only puff pastry) with rare traces of egg cream. We don't recommend it, in the center of Angra there are much better pastry shops.
