This may be controversial as there’s always a line at the restaurant next door, but having tried both, this restaurant is better. The food is delicious and fresh! For a place that gets extremely busy, the staff are extremely attentive from start to finish. The first time we ate the clams and grilled tiger prawns with fries. The second time we had the clams again, the coastal shrimp and a grilled dorado. Oh and both time we had the crema Catalans for dessert which tastes like...

3rd restaurant that I recommend after having dinner there just before my return to France. Excellent value ! Excellent welcome and very good, simple, efficient and tasty Portuguese cuisine.
Obviously I will return there during my next stay in Portugal.

We were very well received. We ate monkfish rice, seafood rice and sardines. The sardines were very good and deserve a 5/5. As for the seafood and monkfish rice 4/5, it was good but nothing out of this world. Desserts were good. The food came out super fast. We just didn't like that as soon as someone finished eating they came to take away the plates and as soon as we had our coffee they came to bring the bill.
