We beat the crowds on Sunday evening in May. The restaurant was a short 15 minute drive from Lousã where we were staying. The restaurant is very attractive & popular filling up quickly. I chose the steak on a tile with migas & volcano potatoes. Fantastic! (The steak was actually veal, super tender, juicy & delicious.) We had an excellent lunch of very fresh fish. The helpings were very generous and we washed it down with 2 bottles of local wine. The price was reasonable and the view from the terrace is lovely. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, explaining to us in good English all the available dishes. We were only in town for the day but I would love to go back.
