Once again disappointing take away. A hamburger ordered that only came with half the ingredients (no onions, tomatoes or lettuce, which I had to add at home), an undercooked bolo do caco (dough literally oozing out in the middle), unsalted meat, and upon request it was added some extra fries that were not ordered, and were charged for, and which I only noticed at home. This is in addition to the delay of 15+ minutes after hours. Reveals weak organization and lack of respect for customer requests. The quality has dropped a lot, it serves to make things easier, but it is no longer the place with the desire and desire to provide an above average meal, at a fair price, as it once was.

We ordered a single burger ? without tomato ?, and they were all served without tomato (before service, the server must inform the customer that there was no tomato), and therefore we paid the same price.If we added an extra ingredient I would have to pay another €0.50, so they should make a commercial gesture, or at least offer the coffee ☕.While we were eating, the waiter kept looking at us, and as soon as my colleague finished, she lifted the plate and proposed dessert ?, while we hadn't finished yet.

Great food. I believe Sandis are the main course of the house and with that some menu items other than sandis take a little longer to serve. But everything is fine.

For the second time we came to this place we asked if it would take too long they said no, and at the end of almost 30 minutes waiting they said it would take a long time at least another 30 minutes to eat a bifana. surreal! They do everything to make more money without considering the customers. I will never go back! We had to spend money on drinks that we ended up not consuming.
There's again a house steak well stuffed with quality ingredients.Quality physical space, parking on a street with little movement, a quiet, well-kept place, etc. Draft beer, quality coffee, with wi-fi and tv. Recommended.

Fabulous! We love everything about it: from the way the food is prepared (delicious fries, perfectly cooked hamburgers), to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere (we feel at home), as well as the friendliness and competence of the staff. The kids hamburger was "spectacular" - guaranteed by the youngest!We will definitely be back.

I bought 2 francesinhas, one of them being the special one. For the price, excellent quality. I ordered takeaway, it took about 15 minutes for the order to be ready. Homemade potato chips in the skin are very good, but don't let them cool down, otherwise they'll go mushy quickly.
