On Fridays it seems that there is often a party going on there. From 8.00 p.m. there was a barbecue and from 10.00 p.m. there was live music until late at night. Great party with cheerful party people, the dancing leg was well swung....I could watch football well on another day

Absolute insider tip! Saturday - Thursday nice Madeiran bar. There is table football, darts and billiards. The owners are incredibly nice!Now the very special! Every Friday "the bar becomes a restaurant". And that is a real experience! For currently 10€ you can help yourself to your mood at the buffet. What's available varies from week to week. From traditional espetada to tuna to paella (and much more) you will be surprised. But vegetarians and vegans can also find something to their taste here. Lettuce, vegetables, sweet potatoes, etc. are always included. You will meet many locals here, but also permanent foreigners. Tourists are rarely found here.

The bar/restaurant is now called "Massapez" like the location. There is no menu; you just ask what's for dinner. We have been there several times, never disappointed and always full for a small price. Friday evening there is an "all you can eat" for the locals, guests/tourists welcome. Just register beforehand! It was super delicious for 10.00 euros per person.
We went to this 'restaurant' because of the special and positive reviews. However, you couldn't order food there, so we just left. 1 star for Restaurant.
