We went here because of the reviews but were not really excited. Only a few options on the menu and all very basic, which would be fully ok if it was also plenty and tasty. However, portions were quite small and my son could not finish his burger patty since it tasted quite unappetizing. We have sampled many similarly priced options for eating in the vicinity, all better. Also, if you decide to eat here, bring cash since they don’t accept cards. Service was very friendly.

A small restaurant at a dead end with a magnificent view. It has a very limited menu but what they have is all homemade and cooked fresh. I especially recommend the chicken balls. The host is very friendly and loves to tell you about what to do and see in Madeira. It is very inexpensive. For four people eating and having multiple drinks we spent €50. It's a good place to go if you arrive late in the evening. It closes at 9pm. There is plenty of parking. It's very dated inside but don't let that put you off.

The spot has an amazing view, the lady in charge is amazing, very kind and good vibes. Their chicken croquettes are very very good, definitely worth trying!
The dumplings filled with chicken are incredibly tasty, really recommended, a must, the view is gigantic, but I deduct a point because the interior seems a bit spartan
