There weren't any of the dishes I ordered and I had to ask for something to eat, there wasn't even any ice or lemon for the cola! I felt disappointed and uncomfortable but I was hungry and ended up staying... I have nothing against the restaurant, but it was a huge disappointment.

I had lunch on Sunday (mother's day). For me everything was okay, delicious, enough food.
One point to improve: organization on the count and be careful with dirty zones.
We waited over an hour, I've never waited so long to eat pizza. They give priority to take away service and with no respect for those in the room. The entrance has had pieces of paint falling off for years. We will never go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. At the very least, it is a lack of respect bordering on illegality due to non-compliance with the order of arrival.

Obviously I left because if they continued to receive requests from Globo they would continue to give priority to them!!!So if I had placed an order through Globo it would have been served first rather than waiting in the restaurant for 1 hour!!!!Joke! Without logic, there is no order of orders, there is no organization!Furthermore, this information was confirmed by the employee himself.Terrible! I don't recommend it, I ordered a pizza from Globo and when eating I found an eyelash on one of the slices of the pizza, I called and we politely talked and he gave me the solution of going there to get the pizza, and I thought how I made a mistake and didn't remove two ingredients, I'm going to I asked if it would be possible, so I did and got an answer that she was right, but she responded arrogantly, saying no, that the pizza would go the same way it was ordered, I said that would be fine.Summing up and concluding, I thought it was a little unfair because I found a piece of cake on the pizza, I was going to waste gas and go get another one even though I ordered through Globo and paid the fee and the delivery service and the lady who talked to me didn't think about these little things and said he wouldn't change the ingredients.
