I ordered a birthday cake for a child, sent a photo and description. Today when I went to get the photo, it didn't match, the frosting on the sides wasn't what was requested and the invoice shows a cake weighing 1.805kg when I weighed it at home and that's not the weight. When I spoke about the photo not being as it should, they said that their printer is not professional, but this was not told to me when I ordered. They asked me if I wanted to leave the cake - since my daughter's party is now I had no option but to bring it like that. So I don't recommend it! Sometimes the cakes on the table are dry and we complained once - they removed the tray and then put it back on sale. And you should check your scales! Because the customer is paying for nothing! I leave photos so you can draw your conclusions.

I give everything a five but more for the quality of the products. The (temporary) employees, as they are always changing, try to do their best but the customers themselves make anyone mad. There are customers who are extremely lacking in standards and like to outperform their employees. Arrogance can be seen among the employees already there (lack of attention, a simple thank you or a good day), but we also know that the restaurant business is a great place for exploration (with low wages and long hours).

Having already seen the bakery in Granja, I came here with high expectations (which were not disappointed). The space is pleasant to visit, bright, and perfect for a snack or even lunch. The choice of products is also quite large: among the huge variety of cakes, sandwiches and other items available, the hardest part will be choosing. I recommend.
