“Quite small plaice but the menu is quite extensive.
We called in once for breakfast& it really is an English breakfast!
We called back another days for lunch, try the Haddock & chips with mushy peas, Burgers & meat pies! Absolutely outstanding, I live on the North East Coast in England & Fish & Chips is part of our staple diet. Lara’s to be the best Fish & Chips outside the UK!“

“I visited on Wednesday 10th July as a place I had saved on my maps while visiting Portugal, and I was happy I did. such a lovely warm welcoming visit and a nice atmosphere to watch the match without all the madness of the strip. I was a solo traveller and felt so comfortable visiting the Yorkshire tavern by my self (felt like my local at home ) they looked after me and so did the other holiday visitors and helped me get a taxi back to my hotel so I did not walk down the mad strip by my self. the local beer was so nice and I enjoyed the company of everyone there while watching the match, like I said felt like home from home. thank you so much for your lovely welcoming and atmosphere, I did truly have a good night. Thank you ?❤️

“The absolute best time! Kirsty was an angel to deal with. She came back to me so quickly with all queries I had. We used another company for another event and they were the worst compared to Portugal rocks! Colt is a little cutie pie and we learned and made the best cocktails! Thanks Portugal rocks “
“Booked for Sunday lunch, which was fabulous. We have never been before, so we thought we would give it a try. The lunch was lovely, beef and pork, roasties, carrot and swede, cabbage, green beans, carrots, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, followed by homemade choice of desserts all for 14 euros. We were made to feel so welcome. The family made the afternoon, and they were so friendly. We had a fabulous few hours. There was also a singer who was very good. You do need to book for the Sunday lunch. Would highly recommend. Drink prices were very reasonable, too. Enjoy ?“

“Great 'Ultimate' English Breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we've had while we stayed in Albufeira.
The lady who served us was so friendly too, and I can't fault any part of the morning we spent here.
Quick service, reasonably priced and good food.
The only gripe I have, and it's small - is please ensure that your coffee menu is either updated, or you take off options such as Flat White, Cappuccino etc. I asked for a flat white, and I got a coffee with warm milk. I see you have a coffee machine, but this wasn't used for my coffee. Just a small comment :)“

“Massive portions for the price, a lot of options for dietary requirements and there are the options to customize different dishes so easy to find something you'll love.

“Great bar which serves English type food, great selection of beers and spirts at great prices compared to the town centre. Ideal place to watch sports and also play darts and a quiz on a Wednesday. Big mention to Sarah who always makes you feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble.“

“Very welcoming little bar to stumble across on way back from supermarket in the pouring rain !Amazing selection of drinks and just an easy place to sit and chill out - sad to miss out on their Sunday dinner though so will need to come back to Porches as other customers say it’s amazing ?“

“For those who like good prices, fast service and enjoying the diversity of products, I recommend it. Beers have more than 5 types, ciders more than 3, varied cocktails, from the most classic to the most current. Good quality wines. The kitchen serves tapas, wraps, burgers and a kids menu.
Bar with many options on the drinks and food menu.“

Wheelchair accessibility: My husband had to use a scooter and had no problem getting up to the table, obviously would need someone to push you up the ramp if in a manual wheelchair ?“
