We saw an employee, cynical towards customers, with his tail between his legs because of his boss/bosses, deny a child a taste of ONE flavor of ice cream. But you can see, if you had tried the ice cream, this establishment would have gone bankrupt. Like the child's parents, we also went to Nosolo Gelato, where we were well attended to and where they let you try ice cream. Not that they care about it, but we won't go back there, guaranteed.

I asked to try one flavor because I wasn't sure, but Shockingly, was rejected to test a sample,especially when offering sample tastings is a common practice among ice cream shops.
The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, They were clearly rude .
We tried a few flavors, but they were overrated. The hype seems to come from the variety of choices, but most of the flavors we tried tasted similar and were just okay. It felt like a quantity over quality situation. Additionally, it's cash only.
We won't be returning.

In the first few days it was normal, they delivered a normal dish and that, but yesterday a woman was helping me and she delivered it on a plastic plate and I didn't bring a spoon to eat the ice cream, I had to eat it with a fork.

We ordered a waffle and it was hard, tasteless, raw and the person who made them had no idea how to make them. We ordered it with ice cream and nutela and what they put in nutela was a free sample, just a thread x on top!!
