After many years of frequenting the establishment, today (July 21st) was the last time I went there. As long as there are kids fresh out of school without any kind of respect for customers, I won't go anymore. We left the establishment without consuming anything! Acceptable attitudes!

I waited almost an hour for a pressed croissant only to be told that it was already sold out, when the rest of the people at my table received their normal croissants (which makes me think that mine was left behind and other people at other tables were served first). I waited another 20 minutes for a toast. It is not acceptable. There needs to be greater communication between employees and the different services. The food and space are good, but the service needs to improve. It is normal for these situations to occur in high season, but every effort should be made to prevent bad service. If you can't receive as many customers, don't accept any more orders.

A nice place on the boulevard for food, cocktails, smoothies, ice cream and other things. Had a delicious pina colada smoothie here. Friendly staff and fast service.
Worst service. We sat down, nothing. I grabbed my own menu at the front. Sat back down, about 5 minutes later a staff member came but we were not ready. He then completely left and was no where to be seen. A good 10 minutes goes by and this other lady is taking orders for all the tables around us that came way after us. Nothing for us. I walked to the front and asked if we can place an order. (There was 5 staff members just standing there) We order about three croissants and a few drinks. After we placed she order and the drinks come they then inform us that there are no croissants. Why would I possibly still want all the drinks if all the food we ordered is unavailable. Very poor communication. If you are out of croissants then we should have been told when we ordered them.
