After hiking the Paiva trail, we were taken to this wonderful restaurant for lunch. The food was excellent. The beef and potatoes were very tasty cooked. The desserts are great too. An atmosphere of calm and well-being. Thanks to the restaurant staff.

We ordered a grilled Caetano steak, it comes with fries and rice on the side. The steak is very tasty, I found the meat tasty and the seasoning just right. I'm not going to say it was the best meat I've ever eaten in my life, as expectation is the mother of frustration. It's good, very good. Is it worth traveling just to eat there? No. But if you're passing through the region, as was my case, it's worth it.
Very ordinary rice and fries, nothing to mention. Service a little slow, but nothing that causes inconvenience. Being boring, I found the restaurant hall to be a bit ugly, the decor looks like it was from 1990.

Very positive experience at this restaurant.Despite visiting this restaurant late, even on a Sunday, we were served impeccably and the Bife a Caetano, the signature dish of this restaurant and the Alvarenga area, was impeccably well served.There were 4 of us and around 1,300 kg of meat arrived, very well prepared and according to the meat's doneness indication that we had previously requested.The only negative point is the very high price of the starters, in our case, we thought it was a bit exaggerated to charge €15 for a saucer with half a dozen shrimps., but apart from that part the experience was really good and I recommend it to everyone...
