As we were being driven to our hotel just arriving in Portugal our driver mentioned he liked Estambul Kebap. We were tired and the restaurant was very near our hotel. We used the inside dining room up the stairs. Lots of various combinations so we just chose the biggest combination. I had the meat, and my wife chose the chicken kebap. Both were very good and an amazingly large amount of food. Paired with the Super Bock beer we had a very good dinner, as a matter of fact the following evening we ended going back once again eating the same things. The pizza looked good, but we really wanted to eat the Turkish themed meals. A lot of food for a small price. Good service.
First thing I would like to say is NOT RECOMMENDED, AVOID to go to this place although you are very hungry!!! I went to this place for the first time today (Christmas day). Cons: 1. RUDE customer service!!! 2. The outdoor sitting is dirty (paper trash on the ground) and the worker did not have time to clean the table. Only if you ask her or him to clean, they will clean. 3. Overpriced kebab with small quantity and bad meat ( a lot of fat). 4. I ordered menu falafel and it was cold when I received. 5. Small quantity of potato chips. We ordered 2 menu. When we complained about the different quantity between our potato chips, he replied so rude. Pros: 1. The good thing about this restaurant is only their location. It is located in strategic place near Aliados metro station. We bought kebab in Granada, Spain and could not compare with this place. I will never return to this place!!!
