The pizza was very good, but the service almost made me stop buying it. The first gentleman who answered me was very polite, he was very tall, but the second man just called us stupid, as he was impatient to answer our questions about the promotion. I almost gave up! It was really bad… Terrible service from him! I have 6 years of experience in customer service, I would never treat a customer like that. I hope they improve, because the food being good is not enough to keep customers.
The concept is interesting, we don't need to talk to anyone, there are two computers where we order and pay. Then there is a monitor that tells us the time for our order. We have already ordered to eat in the restaurant and to take away. When at the restaurant they bring it to the table. For those who want to eat at the restaurant, they can order takeaway (on order) and that way they have a box of pizza in case they have leftovers.
