I do NOT recommend. Horrible experience, I never see a service like that. The server had an inappropriate behavior ! He may be racist because we spoke French instead of Portuguese : I explain myself : we were 5 with 2 babies ( 2 years old et 6 month old ), we sat outside, on the terrasse and there was 1 server. Like I saw that nobody will come, I asked in Portuguese (we’re binational) to the server : “can we order ?” And he told me in Portuguese “yes wait 2 min”…. 20 minutes later, he had served EVERYBODY ( news and olds customers) but us we even didn’t order. That’s UNACCEPTABLE. Then we told him “Are we invisible ?”. He laughed so loud, I thought that I was in a dream, face to us and he leave..??!!! We had just loose maybe 40min with babies, outside, of our time. I’m so disappoint and mad.

I went there today to have lunch with my husband and daughter. My waffle arrived long after they had finished the ice cream and it was because I asked an employee why it was taking so long. And the waffle was half of what they used to serve. I won't be setting foot there again anytime soon.

After waiting in line for a long time with two little girls (3 and 5 years old), when our turn arrived, the waitress first didn't even look at us and then laughingly told us that she couldn't serve us. He asks us if we are Spanish to which we answer yes. And he tells us that he has to serve a Portuguese couple because they have priority. Sultry. We turned and left. At the URBANSPOT ice cream parlor, however, exquisite treatment, very good service and kindness of the waiters.

REGRETTABLE TABLE SERVICE. Because an orballo was falling and the terrace served as a refuge for us because what were the drinks we were going to order..., we woke up even more thirsty after being there waiting for one of the 6 waiters who were there to deign to work a little. The only one who is saved a little is the tallest and thinnest kid, the others were all superfluous. Not recommended.
The ice creams are good but I recommend ordering regular cones or tubs, the ones on the menu, although they are delicious, are almost all whipped cream and little ice cream so the price seems a little high. The egg liqueur one is recommended

After about 15 minutes waiting at a table (and there were several waiters) they neither attended to us nor came to pick up the table from the previous service. I had to get up to ask for a letter and tell them to take care of us, and still nothing. Very bad truth..
